Up for consideration is a pattern called "Play Time" for 12" Bethany Kish Dolls. The pattern features a sleeveless romper, fully lined jacket with raglan sleeves and a sleeveless dress with two tiers of ruffles. A similar design is also available for 14" Kish and 12" Senson dolls. Some patterns I have listed are available in pdf. PDF patterns print on 8 1/2 x 14 legal size paper.
